For meetings, we offer all the conventional conference facilities and equipment, such as a data projector, white screen, flipchart, note-taking supplies, and wireless internet connection.
Rakas restaurant
Rakas Restaurant & Bar is located in the main building of the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel. Its atmospheric premises are suitable for meetings, dinners and all kinds of private fuctions. Plenty of free parking space is available right by the restaurant. Restaurant capacity 150 people.

The larger of the two private cabinets at Rakas Restaurant & Bar is a great venue for meetings and private events. Dining space for max. 40 people.

The Home Cavern of Santa Claus is an excellent venue for events and celebrations of a bit larger scale.

SantaClaus Secret Forest – Joulukka
Santa Claus Secret Forest is located 20 kilometers from the Rovaniemi city center, by the beautiful Lake Sierijärvi.
In addition to versatile venues, Santa Claus Secret Forest offers various programs and activities to spice up your event, such as lessons of Santa’s Helpers Training and a visit to Santa’s secret Christmas Command Center.
IsoTokka at Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka
The spacious Iso-Tokka of Santa Claus Secret Forest accommodates private events and meetings for up to 80 people. Dining space for max. 80 people. Meetings max. 60 people.
Kota at Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka
The atmospheric Kota is a traditional Lappish teepee that is suitable for delicious private dinners and other social gatherings. Capacity max. 35 people. Tables around the fire max. 20 people.
