Magic of the Northern Lights takes place in a beautiful forest setting with an open, uninterrupted view to the sky. Your guide will light the fire, and the evening begins in the quiet rhythm of the Arctic night.
Around the open fire, you will enjoy hot drinks and Lappish snacks while hearing stories, facts, and old mythology connected to the northern lights. The setting is calm and atmospheric, giving you time to look up, listen, and take in the beauty of the northern sky. During the autumn season, the still water may offer an especially beautiful setting, with the chance to see the northern lights reflected from the lake surface.
The northern lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed, but the experience is created around more than the sighting itself: the forest, the fire, the stories, and the feeling of being outdoors beneath the Arctic sky. And when the auroras do appear, the moment feels even more powerful.
