Neurosonic is Finnish wellness technology designed to calm the body’s internal rhythm. Low-frequency vibration and gentle sound
help settle the nervous system, support deeper rest and improve sleep quality. The session takes place on a specialized bed with noise-cancelling headphones. Short or longer programs are available depending on your goal for the moment. One guest may
use the technology at a time.
