Begin your stay in Lapland with a truly memorable arrival. Instead of a traditional transfer, travel from Rovaniemi Airport to Arctic TreeHouse Hotel by a fully heated sledge gliding through the snowy Arctic landscape. Pulled by a snowmobile and following peaceful winter forest routes, this unique journey offers your first encounter with Lapland’s serene winter nature.

The transfer takes approximately 30 minutes and arrives directly at the courtyard of Arctic TreeHouse Hotel. Inside the sledge, the temperature remains comfortably warm at around +15°C, with seats lined with reindeer hides and blankets provided for additional comfort.

Your luggage is transported separately by car so you can enjoy the ride in comfort. The departure point is located approximately 500 metres from the airport entrance, and a short car transfer can be arranged if preferred.
